Using this website
The site is here to show our work and help you plan. We keep it accurate, but photographs are of past events, colours vary between screens, and every setup is adapted to its venue — so treat what you see as a guide to what we can do, not a promise of an identical result.
Please do not copy the site’s photographs or text for your own use without asking. They belong to us or are used with permission.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
- Sending an enquiry through the site does not book anything. It starts a conversation, and you will receive a reference number starting NEO-.
- Prices shown on the site are starting prices. Your final price depends on your date, venue, guest numbers and choices, and is set out in a written quote.
- Your booking is confirmed when we have received your deposit and sent you written confirmation. Until then your date is not held.
What we need from you
- Accurate details — guest numbers, venue, timings — and prompt notice if they change.
- Access to the venue for setup and takedown at the agreed times, and any permissions the venue requires.
- Payment of the balance by the date in your quote.
Venue rules, fees and restrictions are between you and your venue. Catering, alcohol licensing, photography and entertainment are only included where your quote says so.
Rentals
Rented items remain our property. Please look after them, keep them at the agreed venue and return them in the condition you received them. Loss or damage beyond ordinary use is charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
Photographs of our work
We sometimes photograph finished setups for our portfolio. We photograph the styling, not your guests, and if you would rather we did not photograph your event at all, just tell us before the day.
Our responsibility to you
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. Our responsibility for any loss connected with a booking is limited to the amount you have paid us for it. We are not responsible for vendors or venues we do not employ or control, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here removes a right the law does not allow a business to exclude.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in place on the day your booking was confirmed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
